Loading Requirements and Agreement

1. Containers must be filled level full, nothing over the top.
2. Customer will be charged $68.00/Ton for any overweight.
3. The following waste/debris is NOT accepted in City Suburban Inc. dumpsters: Hazardous materials, medical waste, lead acid batteries, industrial waste, asbestos, solid waste, tires, paint, oil, electronics, matrasses.
4. Dirt, sand, sod, rocks, cinder blocks, concrete, bricks, flat roofing are ONLY allowed in 6 and 10 cubic yard dumpsters.
5. All orders paid by a credit card have an additional processing fee of 3%
   • Trip Charge - $100.00
   • Relocation Fee - $100.00
   • 3 Day - City of Chicago - Street/Alley Permit - $103.79
   • 30 Day - City of Chicago - Street/Alley Permit - $153.79
6. The customer agrees to be charged automatically on their credit card for above mentioned items.
7. Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless A City Suburban Service, including its officers, directors, members, employees, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, counterclaims, suits, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, setoffs, liens, attachments, judgments, debts, fines, penalties, charges, expenses, costs or other liabilities of whatsoever kind or nature (collectively, “Losses”) asserted or alleged by any third-party arising from or related to: (a) Overload Expenses; (b) Customer’s failure to obtain and/or maintain any required Permit; (c) Customer’s use or storage of Prohibited Substances in the Equipment; (d) loss or theft of the Equipment; (e) damage and/or destruction of the Equipment during the applicable rental term; (f) personal injury and/or property damage relating to Customer’s use and/or possession of the Equipment; (g) physical damage to streets, roadways and/or driveways caused by the Equipment; and (h) Customer’s breach of the these terms and conditions or the terms of any of the Rental Documents.
